Timeline
Varies with every client. My aim is not to have you as a client forever, my aim is to help you discover new tools and skills collaboratively so you can then continue thriving without me. This could take anywhere between 1 to 3 or 3 to 6 months depending on the circumstances.

$150 USD per 50 minute online coaching session via Zoom
About Me
I come from a mental health counseling background. I graduated from Northwestern University’s master’s in counseling program. I made the switch to coaching to work with a more specific population (you!) and to reach more individuals on the online space.
I am not providing therapy in my coaching sessions however, I am using and implementing many of my skills and knowledge from counseling to my sessions. I am viewing my clients from a coaching lens instead of a clinical lens. If I pick up a clinical lens is needed, I will refer clients to clinicians.
